H&M's return policy
H&M offers a 30-day return and exchange policy with a valid receipt. Return your orders in-store when possible, because mail returns cost $5.99, and that comes out of your refund. In-store returns and exchanges are free at U.S. H&M stores, excluding Puerto Rico.

When you bring in your old clothes to H&M, you'll get a 15% off coupon to use towards your purchase. H&M’s Garment Collecting program accepts old clothes from any brand and in any condition. In return, you get a 15% off H&M coupon. We brought in two bags of clothes, which got us two promo codes in one day. Earn $5 rewards with the H&M loyalty program
Join the free loyalty program to get rewarded every time you shop at H&M. You will earn a $5 reward with every $250 you spend. Members earn one point for every $1 spent, and 250 points get you $5 off. Rewards appear in your account about 30 days after you reach the threshold. You can apply rewards online at checkout or in the app for in-store use. There is a 15-minute countdown that begins once activated. The discount is spread across each item in your cart.
There are two levels, Core and Plus. For customers who shop here often, you should sign up to earn points for future savings.

We have seen H&M flash sales with discounts being 25% off. The most recent ones were in May and April. These sales last for a couple of hours or a day. These discounts don’t apply to already reduced items or gift cards. We get notified by H&M's text alerts when these sales are happening.
