La Ligne’s return policy
La Ligne has a 14-day return policy. A $7.95 restocking fee applies to all returns that use La Ligne's prepaid shipping label. Exchanges, however, are free. If you're open to swapping an item rather than refunding it, you'll avoid the fee entirely.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet these requirements:

Have all original tags attached
If a product arrives defective or damaged, flag it right away by emailing Lou at [email protected]. An item counts as defective if a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase or if it arrives damaged. If it can't be repaired or replaced, you'll receive a refund.
Final sale and pre-owned items aren't eligible for returns. Normal wear and tear also doesn't qualify. La Ligne won't accept products with snags, tears, stains (including makeup or deodorant), pen marks, or strong odors.
How to start a return

A shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. From there, drop the package off with the appropriate carrier. Once La Ligne receives your return, processing takes up to 10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
We recommend holding onto your receipt. La Ligne won't be responsible for lost returns that never received a carrier scan, so that proof protects your refund. You can also return items in person at any La Ligne retail location.
