How Baker's Rewards works
Baker's Rewards is King Arthur Baking's free loyalty program. Anyone can join the Basic tier, and members who spend at least $200 a year auto-upgrade to Gold, which is the point where the program starts paying off. Below that mark, points may expire before you collect enough to redeem.
Both tiers earn 1 point per $1 spent, and 100 points turn into a $5 reward. Gold raises the earn rate to 1.25 points per $1, or 1.5 points per $1 once an order hits $150 or more.
A $200 Gold order earns 300 points ($15 in rewards), while the same order at Basic earns 200 points ($10). To hit the higher 1.5x rate, bundle your restocks into a single order over $150.
Gold also comes with three perks Basic doesn't have:
A 100-point welcome bonus on upgrade, double the 50 points Basic members get.
A doubled birthday bonus, 200 points instead of 100.
A once-a-year free standard shipping coupon, issued every January. This coupon is good on orders of $75 or more shipped to the contiguous U.S.
A couple of setup notes apply to either tier. Add your birthday to your profile at least two days before the date so the bonus lands on time. Also check your points expiration on the Rewards Dashboard, since points expire 365 days after your last qualifying purchase.
For shoppers spending $150 to $190 a year, one extra order to clear $200 turns the Basic earn rate into Gold for the rest of the calendar year. Anyone spending under $150 a year is better off staying on Basic and redeeming points within 365 days of their last order so they don't expire.
How to use a King Arthur promo code
Apply your promo code on the cart page before moving to checkout. The field looks the same on desktop and mobile browsers. Here's how to do it:

Continue to checkout.
A few rules limit how codes work together. Codes can't be combined with other offers, and Baker's Rewards allows only one reward per transaction. So a sitewide percent-off code, a reward redemption, and the Gold free-shipping coupon can't share one order. The workaround is to spread them across separate orders, like using a percent-off code on one and redeeming a reward on the next.
When a code won't apply, check these four things:
It may be new-customer-only. The 20% welcome code works on a first order of $50 or more.
It may have expired. Welcome codes usually run out 30 days after they hit your inbox.
Your cart may have excluded items. Appliances, gift cards, and Baking School classes are often left out, but each promo lists its own.
Your cart may be under the minimum. Each code sets its own spending threshold.
