What changed with rewards
As of January 2025, J.Crew Passport no longer gives standard members rewards points on purchases. Points-based rewards are now exclusive to J.Crew Credit Card and Mastercard holders. The standard J.Crew Passport membership now focuses on tier perks and member offers. Eligible cardholders receive $5 in rewards for every 200 points earned. Rewards expire 90 days after they are issued unless stated otherwise.
A few things to keep in mind
Be sure to add your birthday to your account at least seven days before your birthday month so you can receive birthday offers. If you return an item purchased using rewards, the rewards used for that purchase may not be credited back to your account.
Earn rewards with the credit card
J.Crew has two credit card options. The J.Crew Credit Card can be used at J.Crew and J.Crew Factory, and the J.Crew Mastercard can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Both cards are designed for frequent J.Crew and J.Crew Factory shoppers and work alongside J.Crew Passport so you can earn points on eligible purchases, move up membership tiers faster, and get additional perks.
When you open and use a new credit card, you get an extra 20% off the first purchase you make online or in J.Crew and J.Crew Factory stores. The discount applies only when the new card is used for a qualifying purchase. So, on a $150 order, you'll get $30 back right away.
Earn rewards on purchases
Use an eligible J.Crew card and connect your purchases to your J.Crew Passport account to earn points:
Navy Access: 5% back (2 points per $1 spent)
Gold Access: 7.5% back (3 points per $1 spent)
J.Crew Mastercard only:

Military personnel, veterans, healthcare workers, and first responders verify on a separate page. All eligible groups may need to upload a document as part of the process. Once you're verified, you'll receive a confirmation email, and your offer will be available in your J.Crew Passport wallet one day later.
