Dillard's return policy, fees, and how to send items back
Dillard's gives you 30 days from the purchase date to return for a full refund. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the proof-of-purchase label attached. You can get a refund to the original payment method, including sales tax, but not the original shipping fee.
Some items are final sale and can't be returned. This covers anything marked 65% off or more, limited-time deals, and personalized products. Except when the item showed up damaged, defective, or wrong, those limits don't apply to you.
To return an online order, sign in to your account, go to "order history", click "start return," pick your items, and either mail them or bring them to any Dillard's store.
Fees to note
Watch out for return fees. Dillard's charges $9.95 to use its printable return label. When a restocking fee applies, you'll see it on the "shopping bag" page before you check out. The fee comes out of your refund on top of the $9.95 label cost.
Returning in person is the smart move for cheaper items. With a mail return, you pay the label fee and lose the original shipping cost. So sending back a $15 top can cost more than it's worth.

Once we hit 1500 points, we had a choice between a $10 rewards certificate or a one-day 10% off shopping pass.
But do note that they have two credit cards available. The standard credit card option is only applicable.
