Hanna Andersson's return policy
Hanna Andersson takes $7.50 out of your refund when you send a return back with their prepaid label. Shipments from Alaska, Hawaii, an FPO/APO address, or a U.S. territory carry a $10 fee instead.
A $12 clearance tee leaves you with about $4.50 back after the fee, which usually isn't worth the trip to the drop-off. A $60 dress, and most full-price returns clear the fee easily.
The fee is per return shipment, not per item, so anything you can pack into one box only costs you $7.50 once. Order multiple styles in the same order so they come back together as a single return.
To start a return:
Go to the Hanna Andersson returns portal and enter your order number and email.
Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and sent back within 60 days of purchase.
Your refund goes to the original payment method, and your bank may take a few business days to post it.
Shopping the brand's resale site, Hanna-Me-Downs, comes with a catch: all sales there are final, and returns are not accepted.
