Return policy
Returns are free on qualifying orders of Costa Del Mar sunglasses or gear, as long as items are sent back in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that engraved products are not eligible for return, and Costa Del Mar does not offer exchanges. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. It may take up to five business days for the refund to show in your account.
Two-year limited warranty
Costa Del Mar understands that things can happen, which is why they offer a two-year limited warranty on all their sunglasses. If they break due to a manufacturing defect, Costa will repair or replace them. However, the warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear. This includes scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, or misuse. To submit a warranty claim for a manufacturing defect, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

The Eyewear Protection Plan is a 12-month program that starts on the date of your eyewear purchase. For $39.99, the protection plan gives you unlimited replacements for one year.
