When you can get a refund
Gametime sales are final, but a refund is possible when the event gets canceled or you lose your job before the event.
For canceled events, refunds go back to your original payment method in five to seven business days. Payments made with Gametime site credit get refunded instantly, which is a good reason to hold onto your credit balance instead of cashing it out. Postponed events don't qualify, since your tickets stay valid for the rescheduled date.
Losing your job before the event starts opens up a refund too. Call 888-355-0132 or open the in-app live chat at least 72 hours before the event. Send over a state or federal unemployment form as proof. Once approved, you get 100% of what you paid back.
Another option to get a partial refund of your money is with Gametime Sell. When your plans change and a refund is off the table, you can list your tickets through Gametime Sell and get paid by PayPal once they sell. This only works on the app. Listings need to go up at least six hours before showtime.
