Cancel for free
All services from Amstar DMC can be canceled or changed free of charge. The only requirement is that you contact their team before 4 PM the day before your excursion or airport transfer. If you contact them by this time, you will not pay any fees.
The only exceptions are their Private Excursions. If you book a Private Excursion, you must cancel at least 48 hours ahead of time for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before service will get a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice will not qualify for a refund.
