Frontier Promo Codes in September 2026
Hand-picked Frontier discount codes, verified by our team

I'm Tyesha, and I’ve been here at Coupons.com since 2023. I’m your expert for Frontier savings. Every week, I carefully research and verify every offer I post here so you can book your flights without buyer's remorse. The biggest thing I’ve learned from working on the Frontier page is that they have a consistent flow of offers, so don’t be afraid to wait a day or two for a sale to launch before booking.
Frontier Airlines launched in 1994 with a "Low Fares Done Right" promise. Based in Denver, they fly to more than 100 US cities and over 30 international destinations. Frontier primarily promotes fare sales, base fare discount codes, membership deals on their programs, and partner offers for car rentals, hotels, and vacation packages. To learn more about how we source and verify these offers, read our Editorial Guidelines.
When you find a cheaper comparable flight within 48 hours of booking, Frontier will award you 2500 miles after you complete your trip.
The program works with some important conditions:
The competing flight must match your route, dates, and flight type (nonstop, connection, etc.)
Submit your claim before midnight the day before your Frontier departure
The lower price must be publicly available on another airline's website
Complete your Frontier flight to receive the miles
Claims are limited to once per calendar year
The trickiest part is matching everything exactly. This guarantee applies only to Economy, Premium, and Business bookings, and the competing flight needs identical add-ons as your Frontier bundle. That means comparing apples to apples on baggage fees and seat selections.
When filing a claim, screenshot the lower price with all booking details visible. Submit your claim on the For Less Guarantee page. You'll pay Frontier's original fare upfront, and you'll bank 2500 miles toward future travel. Weigh that against the effort, since Frontier flight redemptions start at 5000 miles, so a successful claim earns you half of one award flight's worth of miles.

Frontier Miles is Frontier Airlines' free loyalty program that rewards every dollar you spend on flights with 10X miles and 10X Elite Status Points. Miles are the currency you redeem for flights, while Elite Status Points count toward Elite Status tiers that come with perks like free bags and seat selection. Every qualifying dollar builds both at the same time.
You can join by visiting the Frontier Miles page or signing up during your next booking.
The program works best when you focus on these three areas:
Sign up for free and begin earning on every Frontier purchase
Redeem miles for flights once you hit 5000 (taxes and fees still apply)
Build toward Elite Status to get free bags and seat selection
Because you earn 10 miles per dollar, reaching 5000 miles takes about $500 in fares. Based on Discount Den sale fares we've seen for July 2026 travel, that works out to between six and 19 one-way flights, depending on price. A $27 fare (like Atlanta to Orlando) earns 270 miles, so you'd need around 19 flights. A $50 fare earns 500 miles, putting you there in 10 flights. On the higher end, a $94 fare (like San Juan to Orlando) earns 940 miles, getting you there in about six flights.
The Discount Den travel club is a membership program that gives you access to fares that are cheaper than average rates. It costs $59.99 per year plus a one-time $50 enrollment fee.
Membership gets you:
About $10 off per one-way ticket on Frontier's sale fares
Kids Fly Free on qualifying flights
Member pricing for up to eight travel companions on one reservation
Exclusive discounts on Frontier's other programs, like GoWild! passes
There are two ways to save on a membership. During promos, Frontier waives the enrollment fee to lower the first-year cost of joining. And signing up for the Frontier credit card gets you one year free.
During Frontier's fare sales, Discount Den members consistently save about $10 per one-way ticket over the public price. In 2026, Frontier's spring sale started member fares at $19 versus $29 for non-members, and its St. Patrick's Day sale started at $24 for members versus $34 for everyone else. At $10 saved per one-way, a $59.99 renewal covers itself after six one-way flights. A first-year membership at $109.99 needs about eleven.
Kids Fly Free is the single biggest perk for families. On valid flights, one kid under 15 can fly free for every adult Discount Den fare purchased. On a $94 one-way fare, one free child ticket saves you $94 each way, roughly $188 on a round trip, which wipes out the full first-year fee and then some. To use this perk, you have to select a flight on a date that is marked with a “Kids Fly Free” logo beneath the Discount Den price.
Discount Den fares are available for you and up to 8 additional people on your reservation. A group of nine locks in member pricing off one $59.99 fee instead of nine people paying public rates.
Discount Den members also get exclusive discounts on Frontier’s other membership programs. For instance, in the summer of 2026, they were promoting $200 off GoWild! Annual Passes and $50 off GoWild! Summer Passes for members.

A GoWild! Pass allows you to pay only $0.01 plus taxes and fees (around $15 for domestic flights) on unlimited flights to over 100 destinations. After purchasing, all you have to do is log in to your Frontier Miles account, search for flights, and check for the GoWild! fare option. The pass auto-renews unless you cancel.
Frontier sells multiple versions of this pass, and these were the prices we saw in 2026:
The Annual Pass was $699 in 2026.
The Summer Pass, which went live in April 2026, cost $249 and was valid for summer travel through the end of September 2026.
The Fall & Winter Pass, which went live in September 2026 for $249, covers travel from August 2026 through the end of February 2027.
The Monthly Pass costs $149 per month, but for the first month you’re only charged a $119 enrollment fee at signup.
Frontier discounts these passes during promotional windows, so the price you pay can land well under the standard rate. Past promotions have dropped the Annual Pass to $399 and the seasonal passes down to $199.

GoWild! fares aren't available for many periods throughout the year, including some of the year's most popular travel days. Also, domestic flights can only be booked the day before departure, and international flights open up 10 days out. Finally, seats for passholders are limited and go fast.
Let’s say, for example, you’d otherwise buy a $50 one-way fare (your real fare options will vary by route, date, and time). On a GoWild! flight, you still pay about $15 in taxes and fees, so you’re saving $35 on that flight with the pass.
We’re going to divide the pass price by that per-flight saving example to illustrate how many flights it takes to break even:
At the $699 Annual Pass price, $699 divided by $35 works out to about 20 one-way flights, or roughly 10 round trips, before the pass earns its cost back.
The seasonal passes at $249 break even at about seven one-way flights across the season, or about four round trips.
The Monthly Pass waives your first month but still charges the $119 enrollment fee, so you need about four flights in those first 30 days to justify that startup cost. After that, at $149 per month, it takes about five flights a month to stay ahead.
Keep in mind these numbers shift with the fares you'd actually pay. For flights that cost more than our $50 example, you save more per flight and break even faster. Fares that are less than $50 require more flights to catch up.
Someone flying two or three quick trips a year comes out behind, since the fares they'd buy anyway cost less than the pass. Someone flying twice a month on Frontier routes clears the break-even point for an Annual Pass. Don’t buy the pass if your travel isn’t that frequent or it’s locked to fixed dates and holidays. It works best for flexible travelers who fly often and don't mind traveling last minute.
And keep in mind that Frontier's cheapest standard fares can start as low as $19 without any membership at all, so if you only fly once in a while, booking those flights directly beats the cost of a pass.
The Frontier Airlines World Mastercard lets you enjoy perks, such as:
5X miles on Frontier flights
3X miles on dining
1X miles on everything else
The best value is their welcome offer of 50,000 bonus miles after spending just $500 in the first 90 days. They also provide two free checked bags on every flight, which pays for the $99 annual fee in one trip. Plus, you also get a $100 flight voucher when you spend $2500 yearly.
Frontier’s bundles group extras like bags, seat selection, and priority boarding at a lower price. Bundling at booking saves you money compared to buying add-ons separately:
Economy Bundle includes a carry-on bag, standard seat selection, and no change fees.
Premium Bundle includes everything in the Economy Bundle. You also get premium seating and priority boarding with guaranteed overhead bin space.
Business Bundle includes everything in the Premium Bundle plus two checked bags (50 pounds each). You also get to have an UpFront Plus seat with extra legroom.
Pricing varies by flight. According to our research, here's what these items typically cost when purchased separately:
Carry-on bag costs $54 to $99
Seat selection costs $10 to $50 depending on the seat type
Priority boarding costs around $20 to $30
First checked bag costs $49 to $99
Second checked bag costs $69 to $89
The Premium Bundle works well for travelers who want a carry-on, better seating, and early boarding. The Business Bundle provides the best value when you need checked bags, since two bags alone can cost $118 to $188 when purchased separately. Our advice is to choose your bundle at your initial booking, since Frontier charges more when you add these items later.
To apply any coupons you have:
Select your flights and proceed to the payment screen
Look for the “Promo Code” box near the fare summary
Type in your promo code and click “Apply” before finalizing your booking
Double-check the fare to confirm the discount has applied
Most promo codes are limited to specific routes, travel windows, or fare classes, so it’s worth scanning the fine print first.
