Dell Refurbished Coupons in October 2026

No, they don't provide free shipping on standard orders. Standard ground shipping takes five to seven days, and fees are added at checkout based on your location and item weight. You can also get free ground shipping when you buy any item from the Hot Deals section.

However, they do release coupon codes throughout the year that pair free shipping with 30–50% off select laptops and desktops. It's worth checking their Coupons page to see what's active that week or month. In the past, we've spotted 40% off laptops or desktops and up to 50% off the Pick of the Week. In our experience, there's almost always a coupon available, so it's a good place for shoppers to give a glance through.

Yes, US businesses can buy computers in bulk for a negotiated discount, but you must order a minimum of 100 units at a time. To qualify, you must be a licensed US business, ship to a US business address, and sign a reseller agreement. You cannot use coupons for bulk orders. However, shoppers should note that the discount is quote-based, rather than a flat rate. That means your savings will depend on the quantity, model mix, and quote you receive.

You can return an item within 30 days of the invoice date, but you will pay a 15% restocking fee. Dell subtracts this 15% fee, plus your original shipping costs, directly from your refund. They only waive the fee and cover return shipping if they made an error or the computer arrived broken. Make sure to wipe all your personal data from the hard drive before returning the device, as they will not be responsible for any data left behind.

Since the fee is steep, shoppers might decide it's not worth returning an item once they've opened it. To avoid getting stuck in that situation, double-check the specs, cosmetic grade, and screen size before you buy. Also, make sure the model matches exactly what you need.
