Casper Promo Codes in October 2026

Yes, every Casper mattress ships free to your door by UPS. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, extra shipping fees may apply. And if you want white-glove in-home setup instead of doorstep drop-off, that costs more at checkout too. The free option is standard shipping, where the mattress arrives compressed in a box for you to unpack and set up yourself. Our tip is to skip the paid in-home upgrade unless you truly can't handle the box. A boxed mattress is light enough for two people to carry and expands on its own once opened.

Yes, Casper offers an extra 5% off for qualifying groups. This includes active military, veterans, first responders, nurses, medical providers, teachers, and students. You have to verify your status through ID.me on Casper's site and get a coupon for checkout, which is quick but worth doing before you shop. However, the coupon skips clearance and final sale items. And your total discount can't exceed 35% when you stack it on a sale, so it's best used on full-price buys.

Casper gives you 100 nights to try your mattress, but the first 30 are a required adjustment period when returns are not allowed, so plan for that. After night 30 and up to night 100, returns are free. Casper will schedule a courier to pick up the mattress without you repacking it, then refund your original payment in about 5 to 10 business days. The catch is that the mattress must stay clean and donatable, or the refund can be denied. Some shoppers also reported that only the mattress was refunded rather than the add-ons.

You can. Your friend can save 30% on their first order, and once they buy, Casper emails you a one-time 30% code for an order of your own. Your friend must be a brand-new customer to qualify, and the reward will only land after their purchase clears. The discount excludes bundles, clearance, several mattress models, gift cards, and outlet items. There's also an annual reward cap of $599.
