You can return individual items or entire subscription boxes to Bespoke Post within 60 days with no return shipping fees. You’re eligible for a full refund as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Just keep in mind that any original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
To start your return, head to the Returns and Exchanges page. Then, use the prepaid label and return form that came with your order to send it back. For subscription boxes, make sure to return everything inside, as partial returns aren’t accepted. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within one to two business days.
