If you love a particular subscription box and you’re ready to commit, you can usually save 10% to 20% compared to monthly prices. Most boxes are available for three, six, and 12-month prepaid subscription terms. Generally speaking, you’ll get a bigger discount with a longer subscription.
You can even combine this with a coupon code to save more at Cratejoy. The only catch is that you cannot usually cancel your subscription and get a refund. If you cancel a three, six, or 12-month subscription, you will not get your money back. Instead, you’ll continue to receive your subscription box until your current term runs out.
Changed your mind? Get a refund within 24 hours
For the most part, you can’t get refunds on Cratejoy subscriptions unless the seller is unresponsive or does not ship your monthly boxes as promised. However, you do have 24 hours to change your mind after you initially place your order. As long as you cancel a subscription within 24 hours, you’ll get a full refund.
After 24 hours, refunds are up to each individual seller’s own discretion. They may choose to offer a refund, but this is not guaranteed. So, if you’re not 100% sure that you’ll love a particular subscription box, make sure you cancel it within 24 hours for a guaranteed refund.
