Membership costs $29.99/year. When you join, you get $10 off your first year, so you only pay a $19.99 introductory rate. Then, your membership auto-renews at the standard rate.

Is it worth the cost?
Whether a Celebrations Passport membership is worth it depends on how often you buy.
For a single order with no plans to return, the 20% code is the better value. Once you're placing a couple orders a year, Passport earns its cost. The important thing, though, is that these two aren't an either/or choice. A 20% code is a promotional code, while Celebrations Passport is a membership benefit, so they can be combined. The promo code handles the product discount while the membership removes the fees the code can't touch.
In a test order we made to figure this out, our cart had one bestselling bouquet, the Daydream Bouquet ($89.99), for a subtotal of $89.99. On top of that, we were charged $9.78 in delivery fees and taxes (which are combined at checkout) plus a separate $18.99 service fee.
On the test cart, the code took $18 off the $89.99 subtotal. Compare that to what a first-year Passport membership actually nets on the same cart: it waives the $18.99 service fee (plus standard shipping), but you've paid $19.99 to join, so before delivery you're actually about $1 short. With a Celebrations Passport membership, you would need to place another order within the year to confidently break even.
