Simple returns and refunds
Zappos makes returns pretty simple. You can return items within 60 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment. After 60 days, you will receive a store credit instead, which is valid for up to one year from the purchase date. Shoppers who use guest checkout have only a 60-day return window.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Place the items in a shipping box and drop it off at UPS. Zappos offers free UPS returns with either a printed label or a QR code. Final sale items cannot be returned. See Zappos’ full return policy for complete details.

Save more before and after you buy at Zappos
Zappos gives shoppers two ways to save. Their price match policy helps before checkout. Their price guarantee helps after your order has been placed.
Before placing an order, Zappos will match a lower price from a qualifying retailer’s website. The item must be the same brand, color, and size. The match includes the item price and standard shipping. Orders that have already been placed do not qualify for price matching.
After your purchase, their price guarantee kicks in. When an item bought on Zappos.com drops in price within 10 calendar days, you can ask for a refund of the difference. The item must still be available in the same brand, color, and size.
