Square Promo Codes & Offers in November 2026

Square started by creating the first mobile card reader. Now, they sell hardware and products designed to help businesses grow. Their services help businesses manage inventory, connect with clients, book appointments, and more. Square doesn't offer many savings opportunities. Most of their offers are saving new customers 10%-20% on a product or subscription. To find answers to common issues, visit their Support Center. If you still need help, you can use their online chat feature. Or call them at 1 (855) 700-6000.

Square allows you to return your hardware order within 30 days of delivery. Your items must be in their original condition, with no sign of damage or alteration. You must send the return back in its original packaging, with the packing slip included. There are a few important details to keep in mind:

• iPads and Apple products must be unopened. Any opened Apple products are not eligible for a return.

• Only hardware purchased directly from Square can be returned.

As long as your order meets the above requirements, you'll receive a full refund after the return is processed. To start a return at Square, visit their Return Page.

Square hardware comes with a one-year warranty. This applies to defects in materials and workmanship under everyday use. Specifically, this means that you can submit a warranty claim if you believe the hardware is defective after a few weeks or months of use. After you receive your replacement item, you must send your original hardware back within 14 days. It must include all accessories, parts, and documentation. Square will charge your account if you fail to complete this step. It's also important to note that this warranty only applies to you as the original buyer. In the event that you give the hardware to someone else, the warranty no longer applies.
