About SmartWings
SmartWings is the go-to American brand for custom smart motorized shades and blinds. They offer everything from roller and cellular to zebra, woven wood, outdoor, drapery, and dual shades, all designed for easy style and modern convenience. Return policy
SmartWings gives you 30 days from the shipping date to decide whether your purchase is right. To keep your full refund, follow a few simple steps.
Start your return request within 30 days of shipping. Once approved, send the item back within 15 days. Keep standard products unopened and in their original packaging, since only unopened, non-customized items qualify for a refund. Save the box, accessories, manuals, and documentation. A missing part can cost you the refund.
Opened accessories may carry a 15% restocking fee, so leave anything you might return sealed until you are sure. Package your return carefully too. You are responsible for any damage in transit, and a damaged return can reduce what you get back.
One thing to note: configure-to-order, personalized, or other custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. Double-check those measurements and options before you order so you do not pay for something you cannot send back.

Frequently asked questions about SmartWings
How to use a discount code at SmartWings
Add your items to the cart
Review your order details, and go to checkout.
On the next page, you’ll see a box labeled “Discount code or gift card.”
Paste your discount code there, click "Apply", and your savings will show up right away.
SmartWings does not let you stack discount codes, so only one code works per order. When a sitewide sale is running, compare it against your code and use whichever gives the bigger savings. Should a code fail to apply, check that it has not expired, make sure your order meets any minimum spend, and confirm you pasted it into the code box and not the gift card box. When it still will not work, contact SmartWings customer service for help.
