About Rugs Direct
Rugs Direct carries over 200,000 rugs, from small accent pieces to oversized, whole-room styles. On Trustpilot, the U.S. site holds a 4.3 rating across roughly 49,000 reviews, which lands in "great" territory.
The most common complaint we found is not the rugs themselves but returns and color. Shoppers report that colors on screen did not match what arrived and that return shipping was costly and easy to overlook. We suggest ordering a sample and confirming the size before you buy.

Found a lower price? They beat it by 10%
Rugs Direct runs a 110% price match. If you find the same rug for less before you order, they will match that price and beat it by an extra 10% of the difference. So, you will pay below the competitor's price, not simply match it.
The request must happen before you place your order. It is also subject to review, so it is not automatic. Lastly, you cannot combine it with a coupon code. Only one discount works per order.
Our tip is to send a clear screenshot showing the price, brand, and item number. The cleaner your proof, the faster the review goes.

Are you an interior designer, architect, stager, or contractor? Then the Rugs Direct Trade Program is worth a look. It is free to join, and here is what you get:
Trade discounts from 5% to 20%, with the exact rate depending on the item
Access to both Rugs Direct and its sister brand, Lightopia
Preferred pricing plus volume discounts on qualifying projects
Quarterly trade rewards
Free return shipping on most eligible items
A dedicated account manager from planning to delivery
The free return shipping is the real standout here. That's because regular shoppers have to pay the fee themselves. So before a big order, compare your trade price against the current public offer and use whichever saves more.
How to use our Rugs Direct promo code
Adding a code takes a few seconds:
Fill your cart, then open the cart page.
Find the box labeled "Add Promo Code" just above the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Paste your code and click "Apply."
Confirm the discount shows before you pay.
Only one promo code will work per order, and they do expire, with the date in the fine print. So if you are holding more than one, test each and keep the one that saves the most.
