Frequently asked questions about ResortPass

How do I get a $25 off discount code?

Are there any benefits of using Mastercard for my bookings?

Yes. Book or buy a gift card worth $200 or more with an eligible World Elite or World Legend Mastercard to receive a $30 statement credit. With an eligible World Mastercard, you’ll receive $20 back. We’ve seen this perk stack up well for frequent ResortPass users, though it can’t be combined with other discounts. Keep in mind statement credits may take up to 60 days, and terms and exclusions apply.

Can I change my booking to a different hotel?

You can switch hotels by converting your current booking into ResortPass Credit. First, log in to your account and cancel your existing booking. The refund will be issued as credit, which you can then apply toward a new hotel. Something we like about this process is that it keeps your money within the system, so you can rebook quickly without waiting for a card refund. Our tip is to double-check availability at your new choice before canceling.

Can I cancel my bookings?

Cancellations are allowed if done by 11:59 p.m. the night before your visit. To cancel, log into your account, go to “My Bookings,” and click “Cancel Booking.” You’ll then choose between a refund back to your card or ResortPass Credit for future use. Our top recommendation is to select credit if you plan to rebook soon since it’s faster to use. Travelers who cancel after the cutoff time usually forfeit the booking, so don’t wait until the last minute.

Score $20 off for you and your friend

ResortPass gives you and your friends an easy way to save with its referral program. To get started, sign into your account and find your unique referral link under the “” section. Copy the link and share it by email, text, or social media. When a friend books $100 or more using your link, they’ll get $20 off. After their booking, you’ll also receive $20 off your next $100 reservation.

How to use a coupon code at ResortPass

Using a coupon code takes just a few steps, and doing it right means you won’t miss your savings:

First, pick your hotel and hit “Book Now.” This locks in the pass you want before coupon codes run out.
On the checkout page, look for the “Apply Coupon” box. That’s where all the savings magic happens.
Paste your coupon code into the field and click apply. We suggest double-checking for typos since coupon codes must match exactly.
Finally, review your total. If the discount shows, you’re set to complete the booking.
