Puritan's Pride Coupons & Offers in October 2026

Yes, you can get free standard shipping once your order reaches $49, after any coupon is applied. Orders below the threshold will ship with a flat $4.95 fee.

There are also two programs that can clear the bar. Auto Ship & Save orders ship free at $30, which suits small, regular reorders. Puritan's Perks members at the Health Warrior level get free standard shipping with no minimum, up to twice a calendar month. That tier takes $500 or more in purchases a year to reach, though, so it mainly rewards heavy buyers.

Rather than stretch an order to clear the minimum threshold, watch for a no-minimum free shipping code. You can expect these offers to come around often during promotions, so there is rarely a reason to order more than you need just to dodge the fee.

By signing up for text alerts, you can get 25% off your first order, while joining the email list will only give 20% off. That's two different ways you can save. If you're only shopping once, going with either option is fine, even though email works just fine for anyone who would rather keep their number private. Either code is short-lived, lasting seven days for text and five for email, so it helps to wait until your cart is ready before signing up.

For regular buyers, what comes after the welcome code tends to matter more. Based on the emails we received in 2026, subscribers get a steady stream of deals, from recurring Buy 1 Get 2 Free events to category sales up to 40% off, plus bonus-points days that often run on 48-hour timers. Over a year, that flow usually beats a single opening discount.

Most shoppers save 5% on every Puritan's Pride brand refill, plus free shipping once an order reaches $30. Auto Ship & Save is a free subscription that reorders the supplements you pick on a schedule you set, which fits a house-brand supplement you take the same way every month. For a smaller order, the lower shipping bar can matter more than the discount itself, since a one-time order under $49 still pays the standard shipping fee.

Signing up can also save "up to 20%" on your first delivery, but that number depends on the sale already running on the item. The full 20% only lands when the product is part of a Buy 2 Get 3 Free deal, meaning you pay for two and get three more at no cost. When the item is on a smaller Buy 1 Get 2 Free deal, the first-order bonus is 5%, which is what most shoppers end up with.

The program also guards against overpaying through a 60-day price lookback. In plain terms, it charges you the lowest price the item hit on the site in the past 60 days, so a price drop between refills works in your favor. Sale prices are left out of that promise.

Some shoppers report forgetting they had an active plan, so set a reminder to review it now and then. You can change, pause, or cancel any time up to 24 hours before the next shipment in the 'My Auto Ship & Save' section of your account.

Puritan's Perks is free and earns points you can put toward future orders, so it is an easy yes, as long as you keep your expectations modest. You earn 10 points for every $1 spent, and every 1,000 points becomes a $5 reward to use on a later purchase. In practice, that is a small return on what you spend, not a big one. The thing that costs people money is timing, since each batch of points expires one year after you earn it. Cash out each $5 reward as it unlocks rather than saving toward something bigger.

However, the best perks sit unreachable for most shoppers. Free shipping on any order and bonus birthday points only come with the top Health Warrior tier, which takes $500 of spending in a calendar year. Most members stay in the entry Health Advocate tier, where the points are the whole benefit.

To earn points, you need to be logged in to your Puritan's Pride account because orders through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or the mail catalog earn nothing. Always log in before you check out, and on the rare occasion you forget, call 1-800-645-1030 with your order number so support can add the points.
