Bought a new club that just isn't clicking with your swing? You've got 90 days from the purchase date to return it for 100% in-store credit toward another club of the same type. Just keep in mind you only get one shot at this per club under the Performance Guarantee. And if you've lost the receipt or you're past the 90 days, the club gets handled through the Pre-Owned Trade-In Program instead.
The credit has to be used in-store that same day, so it helps to already have your next club in mind before you make the trip. The guarantee only applies to new stock clubs, too. Limited editions and used gear don't count. And bringing along the original receipt, headcover, and any tools that came with it will get you in and out a lot faster at the counter.

Returns are free, which matters more here than at most stores. PGA TOUR Superstore will email you a prepaid FedEx label. So, you won't pay to ship back a bulky push cart or a heavy stand bag. Most new, unused items can go back within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment. Just make sure to keep the receipt, original packaging, and tags.
However, there are a few things to watch before you buy. Limited edition clubs and custom-strung racquets can't be returned at all. Treat anything personalized or special-run as a final sale. Gift cards aren't refundable either. And if you bought something in a store, it's usually faster to return it there than to mail it back.
When you're ready to send something back, start at the Check Order Status page or log into your account. Pick the item and reason, then choose your refund type. Print the label or save the QR code, and drop it at any FedEx location.
