Finish Line offers free returns within 45 days on most in-store and online purchases. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Apparel and accessories must have tags attached, and footwear must be returned in the original box. For damaged or incorrect items, contact Customer Care within the 45-day return window.
For the fastest refund, return online orders in-store with your packing slip and original payment method. No authorization number is needed. You can return purchases at any Finish Line or JD Sports store in the U.S. or U.S. Territories. Check Finish Line's website for a retail store near you.
