What to expect from Papa Rewards
After creating an account, you'll also be rolled into Papa Rewards, the free Papa John's rewards program. You earn one point for every dollar spent when you order online, through the app, or in store. For every 10 points, you get $1 in Papa Dough. This can be used to save money on future orders. Let's say you place a dinner order for $50. This is a total of 50 points, which becomes $5 off your next order. It's important to note that both earning and redeeming points only apply to menu items. Taxes, tips, and fees don't count for rewards.
Rewards members will also have access to exclusive deals. In May 2026, Papa John's ran a members-only promotion for 50% off any regular-priced menu pizza. This offer was only available for a day, but as a rewards member, you can expect to see similar offers in the future.
