Return windows: Online purchases can be returned within 40 days; in-store purchases within 30 days
Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible
How to return: Online orders can be brought to any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store for free. You can also mail them back using a prepaid shipping label or QR code, with a $9.95 return shipping fee deducted from your refund
Late returns: We’ve seen late returns accepted at Nordstrom Rack’s discretion. For online orders between 40 to 60 days and in-store orders between 30 to 60 days, you may receive 50% of the item’s value as a gift card, minus the $9.95 fee
