The biggest saving on the Mattress Firm credit card is 0% interest for 72 months on purchases of $4,999+ from 6/10/26–9/29/26. Equal monthly payments are required for 72 months, and interest starts from the purchase date when the promo balance isn’t paid in full by the end of the promo period.

A second perk is 3% back with up to 24 months special financing on purchases of $1,999+ from 4/29/26–9/29/26 at participating Mattress Firm stores, or online via chat or by phone. Mattress Firm pays the rebate on a virtual or mailed Visa Prepaid Card, and it requires a rebate form.

Minimum purchase requirements change based on the term you choose. In store, 24 months starts at $999, then 36 months at $1,499, 48 months at $2,499, and 60 months at $2,999. Online checkout shows term ranges, including 6 or 12 months for $0–$1,498.99 and 24 months for $999–$1,498.99. The card is issued by Synchrony Bank, and prequalification gives a decision in seconds with no impact to your credit bureau score.
