Krispy Kreme refunds & cancellation policy
For pickup or drive-thru orders, you can change or cancel before the shop starts preparing your order. Call the shop directly using the number on your confirmation email. Once they've started making your doughnuts, it is up to the staff whether they can still cancel. When a refund does go through, expect three to five business days for the money to land back on your card.
Delivery orders placed through Krispy Kreme are tougher to cancel because they go out fast. An order that shows up late, missing items, or wrong is worth a call to the shop on your confirmation first. They can refund you or send a replacement. You get refunded what you actually paid after the discount, not the regular price. Delivery fees stay non-refundable unless the delivery itself failed.

How to use a Krispy Kreme promo code
Only one code per order, and codes never stack with each other. But you can pair a promo code with a rewards point redemption at checkout, which is the way to double up on savings.

Add doughnuts, Dots, or coffee to your cart and click the bag icon at the top right.
On the checkout page, find the "Have a Promo Code?" field on the right side of the order summary.
Paste the code exactly as written since codes are case-sensitive, then click "Apply."
