Buffalo Wild Wings (often called BWW or B-Dubs) is an American sports-bar chain with more than 1,200 U.S. locations. It was founded in 1982 and is owned by Inspire Brands.
To reach out to them, you can fill out this form. Alternatively, you can call 1-877-335-7693 or email [email protected].
For a missing item or an incorrect order, head to the Help section inside the BWW app. Your order details are already attached, which speeds up the refund or replacement.
The app pays off for people who order takeout or delivery often, mostly through Blazin' Rewards points that can be cashed in for free wings, sides, and sauces. Everyone else can stick with the Buffalo Wild Wings website and pull the same weekly wing specials, promo codes, reward certificates, and new-member welcome offer without using up phone storage.
Inside the app, there are a few more ways to earn points on top of normal orders. A daily check-in adds ten bonus points, though some members say it has been hit or miss since the early 2025 program update. Sports predictions and trivia rounds bring in extra points during live games. Push alerts also give a heads-up on flash deals and short-run merch drops that never reach the website.
Eating at the restaurant still earns rewards, too. Give the server the phone number tied to your Blazin' Rewards account before the check prints, and the points post on their own.
Online orders need one extra step to protect the discount. Turn on the offer you want before building the cart. Then add a single low-cost item and check that the discount lands on the total. That quick check saves you from contacting support later when a deal does not cover the full order.

Blazin' Rewards is free to join, and signing up before a first order is the easiest way to save right away. New members get a free burger on a $15+ first food order, good for 15 days after signing up. The free burger only works on regular menu burgers, so picking a standard burger over a lunch combo or kids' meal keeps the offer valid.
After the welcome offer, members have four ongoing ways to save:
A free wings reward during the birthday month
10 points per $1 spent on most orders, which add up to certificates for free food
Personalized offers in the Offers tab that change from one member to the next
Blazin' Status, which raises earnings to 12 points per $1 once an account hits $250 in a calendar year and stays active through the end of the year after
Only the first two orders per day and seven in any seven-day window count toward the $250 mark, so one big party order won't move an account along any faster than the same spend split across a few visits.
Best fit by shopper type:
Newer customers get the most out of the welcome reward, since the free burger covers the main item on a first order
Casual diners with a few visits a year mostly benefit from the birthday wings and personalized offers, both of which show up automatically with no minimum spend
Regulars chasing the $250 mark see the biggest long-term return from Blazin' Status, since reaching it earlier in the year stretches the 20% bonus across more months
Shoppers who'd rather not sign up still have ways to save at BWW. Weekly BOGO deals, regular menu bundles, seasonal site-wide promotions, and the Veterans Day military offer all work without a Rewards account. The downside is no points, no birthday wings, and no personalized offers, so an account makes sense for anyone visiting more than once or twice a year.
Two weeknights at Buffalo Wild Wings come with built-in wing discounts. Both apply at participating locations on direct takeout, delivery, and dine-in, but neither shows up on third-party delivery apps.
Tuesday: Buy one order of traditional bone-in wings, get the second 50% off under an equal or lesser value rule. Blazin' Rewards members eating in get a stronger version. Activating the BOGO 100% offer in the app makes the second bone-in order of six, ten, or 15 wings completely free.
Thursday: Buy one order of boneless wings, get the second free. The deal is open to all customers; no membership needed.
A few rules shape how much the discount actually saves. Only one pair counts per visit, so a group ordering for 12 will pay full price on everything past the first two orders, unless the table splits into separate checks. The two largest wing counts on the menu also cannot be paired, since the second order has to match or come in under the first. Promo codes do not stack with these deals, but reward certificates do.
For the biggest savings of the week, dine-in Blazin' Rewards members should aim for Tuesday. Everyone else gets more out of Thursday, when the second boneless order is free with no membership needed.
Buffalo Wild Wings runs most of its biggest deals around four sports events each year. These are March Madness, Super Bowl Sunday, NFL kickoff weekend in early September, and National Chicken Wing Day on July 29. Checking the app and the brand's Instagram in the days before each one is the easiest way to catch the active offers.
Two of those windows have set promotions to plan around:
March Madness (mid-March through early April): Buffalo Wild Wings is the Official Sports Bar of March Madness and runs a dedicated deal page on its website during the bracket. The standing boneless bundle covered separately is usually the cheapest order for a watch party.
Super Bowl Sunday: The "Free Wings for America" promotion gives every guest 6 free wings if the game goes into overtime. The free order is good for dine-in or in-person takeout only, between 2 and 5 p.m. local time, on a Monday about two weeks after the game. In 2026, the chain added a second offer that does not need overtime to happen. Blazin' Rewards members who pre-order $25 or more in the week before the game get a coupon for 6 free boneless or traditional wings, good for about a month after pickup.
Buffalo Wild Wings handles promo codes and Rewards certificates through two separate flows, both on the app or the web.
To apply a promo code to a takeout or delivery order:
Sign in to the Rewards account and start the order.
Add items to the bag.
Scroll down in the bag and enter the code in the promo code box.
Tap Apply.
Tap Checkout. The discount appears on the order total at checkout, not in the bag.
To redeem a Rewards certificate or Offers tab reward:
Open the Offers tab in the Rewards account.
Tap Activate on the chosen reward only when ready to place the order, since the redemption window starts running from that moment.
Add a qualifying item to the Bag.
Proceed to checkout. The reward applies to the order total.
Stacking-wise, a promo code can combine with a reward certificate on the same order, so a code-plus-certificate pairing is a real savings move when both are available. Only one promo code applies per order, though, and codes generally don't combine with weekly BOGO days or other active promotions. Alcohol, gift cards, tax, and gratuity are excluded from the discount on either path.
Dine-in shoppers earn and redeem by giving the server the phone number tied to the Rewards account before signing the check.
When a code or reward fails to apply, BWW recommends tapping Checkout first, since the discount displays at the checkout step rather than in the bag. If it still doesn't appear, the bag may not include the required items, the order may not meet the subtotal minimum, or the code may have expired.
