How to save on shipping
When you spend $199 or more at JEGS, standard ground shipping is free. You'll pay a flat fee of $15.99 for orders under that threshold. If your cart is close to $199, adding a low-cost item can save you the full fee.
Your order will ship out the same day as long as it's placed before 10:00 p.m. EST on a weekday and the item is in stock. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
JEGS has expedited shipping, but each option adds to your final cost:
2-Day Air: $11.99 + $1.00 per pound (plus the $15.99 fee on orders under $199)
Next Day Air: $23.99 + $1.25 per pound (plus the $15.99 fee on orders under $199)
Saturday Delivery: Next Day Air charges + an extra $20.99
With some items, there's an additional shipping fee regardless of your order size:
Hazardous materials: Extra $34.99 per item (ground shipping only)
Oversized items: Extra $10.99 to $76.99, depending on the product
Truck freight items: Cost calculated at checkout

What you need to know about returns
You have 90 days to return most unused items to JEGS. The cost depends on when you send the item back:
0 to 30 days: No fee
31 to 90 days: 15% restocking fee (minimum $7.99)
After 90 days: No returns accepted
Items have to be in their original manufacturer packaging when being returned. Returns are subject to a 15% repackaging fee without their original packaging. This applies within any part of the 90-day window.
You'll have to pay for return shipping. Prepaid return labels are included, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
These items can't be returned:
Used, installed, or damaged parts
Special-order or custom items
Hazardous materials
Mounted or used tires
Items missing original packaging or components
Once your return is received, it takes five to seven business days to process. You'll receive your refund back to your original method of payment. Allow extra time for your bank to post the credit.
To start a return:
Log in to your account and find your order
Select the items you want to return
Print the prepaid label and packing slip
Pack in original packaging and drop off with the carrier
To avoid paying any extra fees, make sure you return items within 30 days and keep all original packaging.
