The benefits of the rewards program
House of Hydro is Hydro Flask's free loyalty program, and joining is genuinely low-risk. You just need to create an account, get 50 points right away, and start earning points on your purchases. If you already have an account, you are already enrolled. The program has three tiers, and you move up based on total spending.
Flask Fan starts the moment you join. You earn 1 point per $1, plus 50 sign-up points, 5 birthday points, and 5 anniversary points.
Multiflasker unlocks after $100 in spending. You earn 1.25 points per $1, plus 75 sign-up points, 10 birthday points, 10 anniversary points, early access, and secret sales.
Flask Master unlocks after $250 in spending. You earn 1.5 points per $1, plus 100 sign-up points, 20 birthday points, 20 anniversary points, early access, secret sales, free shipping, and free base engraving.
Points convert to cash at checkout. 100 points equals $5, 200 points equals $10, 300 points equals $15, and 1000 points equals $50.
The base earn rate works out to roughly 5% back in store credit, which is decent for a brand this size. The higher tiers add nice perks, but reaching Flask Master means spending $250 on drinkware, which is a lot. So we would not chase the top tier on purpose. Treat it as a bonus if you already buy a lot, not a goal.
Lastly, there are a few limits. You can only use one coupon per order, and points cannot stack with a coupon, so you often have to pick one or the other. Also, phone orders earn zero points, so always order on the website if you want credit.
How to apply a Hydro Flask discount code
We've tried it out, and the process is straightforward. Here is the order of steps.
