Cancelation policy
You can cancel your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure and may receive a partial or full refund. The amount depends on how far in advance you cancel and your ticket type. Refunds are calculated based on the exact departure time, down to the hour, minute, and second. For example, canceling two days before departure gets you a 40% refund. While canceling 30 days or more in advance qualifies you for a full 100% refund.
