Fat Brain Toys Promo Codes & Coupons in October 2026

Sign up for their email newsletter to save on your first purchase. They'll send a 10% off coupon to your inbox after you subscribe on their homepage. However, the coupon excludes gift cards and LEGO sets. Beyond the first-order discount, it is worth staying subscribed because the emails also flag early access to sales. But if you don't plan to shop here again, you can unsubscribe to avoid unwanted promotional emails.

Standard shipping is a $7.99 flat rate, and orders of $99 or more ship free in the lower 48 states. Honestly, $99 is a high bar when most of their toys run $15 to $50, so you often need several toys to hit it. That's why we looked into other alternatives. For those who live near their Omaha and Overland Park stores, you can opt for the free in-store pickup option. This method skips the shipping fee entirely.

Yes. The Educators Extra Credit Program gives 10% off all purchases year-round. This program covers personal family purchases too, not just classroom orders. It is open to more people than you might expect: K-12 teachers, licensed preschool and daycare staff, homeschool teachers with proof, and staff buying for schools. To access this offer, you need to fill out the form on their website first and wait for approval.

Yes, there is a way for service members to save, though it comes with a catch. We found a Fat Brain Toys offer listed through WeSalute, a military benefits platform, so a verified member may be able to score a discount there. The honest trade-off is that WeSalute is a paid membership. A WeSalute+ plan starts at $9.99 a month, with cheaper longer-term options if you commit for a year or more. So it's only worth it if your Fat Brain Toys savings, plus the other retailer perks WeSalute unlocks, outweigh that fee.
