About Discount Mugs
Discount Mugs is a top choice for custom-printed products for both business events and personal gatherings. They have a wide variety of high-quality items like mugs, bags, and stationery at wholesale prices. Everything is made and shipped from their Miami location.
When you need help with returns, refunds, or general inquiries, we suggest you call them at 1-844-590-2729. Their team is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST, and Saturday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST. For the fastest support, use their online ticket system. A representative will typically respond within 24 to 48 hours depending on the day and time.
Satisfaction guarantee policy
Discount Mugs has a different return policy compared to most retailers due to their focus on custom-printed products. Because of this, they do not offer free returns or refunds. However, there is a satisfaction guarantee. If there’s an error in the order, you can contact their customer service team to request a free reprint and replacement. Keep in mind, this does not cover mistakes made in customer-submitted designs. To file a claim, simply fill out the customer service form on their website.
