New, unused gear can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. If that method is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit instead. Items must be in the condition you received them, with the original box, packaging, and manufacturer tags attached.
Used gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Bikes and bike frames must be undamaged to qualify. Items damaged from negligence, abuse, or heavy use can’t be returned.
For easy shipping, Competitive Cyclist offers a flat-rate $8.99 FedEx return label. You can access prepaid labels directly through your account for fast, stress-free returns.
