Shipping and pickup options from Trek
Accessories will ship for free once your order total reaches $49. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Standard bikes have a shipping fee of $70 for continental US addresses. Bikes shipped to your house will arrive partially assembled. They'll come with instructions on finishing the assembly yourself.
There is an option where you can have your bike delivered to your home fully assembled. If your address is located close to a retailer where the bike would be delivered, you can select this option. Note that this includes an extra $100 fee on top of the shipping cost. It's also only available for new bikes from Trek.
If there is a Trek Bikes retailer near you, you can choose in-store pickup for in-stock bikes. This will save you shipping costs, and the retailer will assemble your bike for free. With in-store pickup, you could save up to $170 on shipping costs. Use the Bike Shops page to find a retailer located near you.

Pay over time financing at Trek
Trek offers financing through Citizen's Pay. This allows you to buy your bike now and spread payments out over time. It involves a soft credit check that won't impact your credit score. Once approved, you'll receive a digital card that you can use at Trek retailers.
Your financing options are as follows:
For orders up to $500
A three-month term with 0% APR
For orders $500.01 to $5000
A 24-month term with 0% APR for the first six months
9.99%-24.99% APR after the first six months
For orders $5,000.01 to $20,000
A 36-month term with 5.99%-12.99% APR
Customers who will get the most out of this are those spending $500 or less, as there is 0% APR. However, even most sale bikes at Trek are over $500. If you're spending over $500, this option is best for customers who are confident they can stay on top of the scheduled payments. Its primary perks are no deferred interest and the soft credit check.
Get discounted bikes through Trek's Red Barn Refresh
You can save up to 50% on pre-owned bikes with Trek's Red Barn Refresh program. These are discounted, used bikes that have been carefully inspected to ensure they still meet Trek's quality standards. Used bikes still fall under Trek's warranty policy. This warranty only applies to defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the bike, not usual wear and tear. However, if the bike isn't to your liking, you can send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
The Red Barn Refresh program has a small selection compared to the new bikes offered from Trek. But this is an ideal option for customers who want to shop secondhand and buy a discounted bike.
