Shipping and delivery costs
Swarovski has a few shipping options, but you can get free standard shipping on orders over $150. While many of their items meet that threshold, you'll pay $6.95 for orders under $150.
Delivery options
Standard (free over $150): Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4 p.m. EST are shipped out the same business day. Delivery takes two to three business days for Eastern and Central time zones and three to five business days for Mountain and Pacific.
Express ($20): Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4 p.m. EST ship the same business day and arrive within two business days.
Same-day ($25): Available through Roadie, which is a UPS company. Your order must be placed by 2 p.m., Monday through Friday local time. You will receive SMS tracking updates via Roadie.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Note that Swarovski does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For scheduled delivery, select your preferred delivery date and address from the calendar options at checkout. You will receive your delivery one business day before or after your selected date.
You can also place an order online and pick it up at select Swarovski stores by selecting Click & Collect at checkout. It's free and helps you avoid shipping costs.

Return items to Swarovski
You have 14 days to return most items to Swarovski. Swarovski Created Diamonds have an extended window of 30 days.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Sets and promotional items have to be returned in full. Swarovski Created Diamonds must include the IGI certificate, which is the official grading report that verifies a diamond’s quality and characteristics.
What can't be returned: Items that have been personalized, customized, engraved, adjusted-to-fit, or made-to-order; gift cards; face masks; perishable goods; and items purchased from a different country.
Online returns: Use your order number and email address to register your return. You will be provided with a return label or QR code. It takes up to 14 business days after Swarovski receives your return for it be be processed. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within an additional 10 business days. Online orders can also be returned in select stores, not including concessions.
In-store returns: Accepted at Swarovski retail stores within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items purchased in-store cannot be returned through the online portal.

Find markdowns of up to 40% on jewelry, accessories, watches, and decorations on the Sale page. You can use the filters to narrow the items by category and price. When there's an active promotion, you will be redirected to the featured sale items on that page.
Best time to shop
Historically, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are some of the best times to shop. In 2025, Swarovski offered 40% off select styles for Black Friday and 30% off select styles for Cyber Monday. Limited collections were excluded from these sales. These discounts are stackable with a promo code, making late November to early December the most effective time to shop.
Swarovski Club loyalty program
Members of the Swarovski Club earn rewards for making purchases. Anyone can join this free loyalty program. You'll get exclusive benefits, early access to sales and promotions, event invitations, and perks based on your tier. It's worth joining even if you're an occasional Swarovski shopper, but if you spend $300 or more a year, you get free shipping and event access at the Silver tier.

How tiers work
Your tier is based on how much you spend over a 12-month period starting from your first purchase. For example, if you make your first purchase on July 10th, you have until July 9th the following year to reach the next tier. Once a new tier is reached, benefits are valid for 12 months. Purchases made on Swarovski.com and in participating stores across 32 countries count toward tier qualification.
How to redeem your promo code
You can add a promo code on your order at checkout in a few steps. Here's how:
