For a successful price match, you must meet the following requirements:

• The equipment you find must be from an authorized dealer.

• The lower-priced item must be the same model and year as the item on SOLETreadmills.com.

• The equipment you find must be brand new.

• The matched price needs to include all fees, including taxes, shipping, handling, and any other checkout charges.

SOLE Fitness gives you 30 days to return equipment after the delivery or assembly date. However, they make you pay for both return shipping and a restocking fee. These charges are deducted from your refund.

According to the Product Return & Sole Guarantee, the restocking fee they charge is based on what type of equipment you're returning:

• For treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowers, you'll lose a non-refundable $300 return shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee.

• For strength equipment and SRVO units, that non-refundable return shipping fee drops to $150, plus the same 10% restocking fee.

• For fitness mats and accessories, only a 10% restocking fee applies.

Any completed delivery services, such as Room of Choice, Assembly, or additional carrier access fees associated with the original delivery, are non-refundable. Returns are also not accepted from Hawaii or Alaska.

SOLE does not require you to box up your cardio equipment before the return pickup. They will take back your open-box return, secure it, and ship it back to their facility.

Test your equipment thoroughly during the first few weeks. Don't let it sit around and risk finding out you don't like it after your deadline passes. If you’re certain you want to request a return, you'll need to fill out the Return Request form within the 30-day window.
