Rush My Passport's refund policy
Rush My Passport does allow refunds, but the rules are strict. A full refund is possible in three cases. First, you must cancel within 30 days of your order. Second, your form must not be downloaded yet. Third, your order must not be "under manifest," which means your slot is already locked in with the passport agency.
After 30 days, or once your order is manifest, you will not get cash back. The upside is that a paid order stays valid for 12 months, and you can pass it to a friend or family member. Emergency service is never refundable, since those slots are limited and fill fast.
