About Quicksilver Scientific

Quicksilver Scientific built its name on liposomal delivery, a technology that wraps active nutrients in a protective fat layer so your body can absorb them more easily than a standard capsule. For questions, you can reach Quicksilver Scientific customer service through the form on their site. You can also call them at 303-531-0861 or email [email protected]. We've noticed Instagram and Facebook messages tend to get quick replies, too.

45-day satisfaction guarantee and return policy

There are two separate protections, and it helps to know the difference. First, there's a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product you bought from the website or an authorized US seller doesn't satisfy you, you can request a refund within 45 days of the purchase date.

The second is a standard return window for new and unused products within 30 days of receipt. You have to pay return shipping unless the company made an error. Cold products that need refrigeration, like vitamin C or Quinton Liters, cannot be returned. And neither can any bundle or protocol that contains them.

To start a return, contact the support team through the online form, email, or phone. You'll get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. The RMA number will expire after 30 days, so act quickly. Then, ship the product back as instructed. Return shipping is your cost unless the return is the company's fault, like a damaged or wrong item.

Frequently asked questions about Quicksilver Scientific

Does Quicksilver Scientific offer free shipping?

Yes, consumer orders over $99 ship free within the US, but Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included. Wholesale orders need to reach $299 for free shipping. Since one bottle can cost around $55, you will usually need to add a second item to qualify. So it helps to plan a slightly larger order rather than buying only one thing at a time. You can either add another product you know you'll use or combine your order with someone you know.

How do I get the 15% off welcome discount?

New shoppers can get 15% off by signing up for the email newsletter. Just scroll to the footer at the bottom of the homepage and enter your name, email, and birthday. After you sign up, you will receive a welcome code to use at checkout. This offer is meant for first-time retail orders, so it does not apply to wholesale or practitioner accounts. It is one of the best savings for anyone trying the brand for the first time.

What is Subscribe & Save, and how does it work?

Subscribe & Save takes 10% off every monthly order, not just your first. So it pays off best for a product you use daily and will reorder anyway. The free shipping perk still kicks in at $99, just like regular orders. The plan only runs monthly, which can leave occasional users with extra bottles. But you can adjust, skip, pause, or cancel anytime in the subscription customer portal. For a steady habit, this option can help save money, while for an occasional buyer, it may not.

How does the Quicksilver Scientific referral program work?

Visit the rewards page, then share your unique link via email, SMS, or social media. When using your link, your friend will get 10% off their first purchase of $100 or more. And you will get a $10 promo code for your next order of $100 or more. Keep in mind the offer only applies to your friend's first order, and the 15% newsletter code can save them more on their starting cart. The $100 minimum on both sides also means it is not an easy discount for small buyers.

Earn points and rewards with Quicksilver Rewards

Quicksilver runs a free loyalty program called Quicksilver Rewards. You will earn 100 points for creating an account, then 1 point for every $1 you spend. You can also collect bonus points for small actions, like 50 points for signing up for texts, 100 points for a birthday reward, or 10 points for following on social media.

How points work

Your points cash out as set discounts once you hit certain totals. Here's how much you need and get:

100 points for $5 off a $50 order
200 points for $10 off a $75 order
400 points for $20 off a $100 order
600 points for $30 off a $150 order.

So 100 points is worth $5 in store credit, no matter which reward you pick. The first reward is the best value for most people wanting to place a small order. The bigger rewards force you to spend more to use them, so only rack up points when you know you can hit the threshold.

How the tiers work

The program is divided into three tiers:

Bronze: You start here with a standard point rate.
Silver: Spend $500 to reach this tier. You will get a 1.25x point multiplier, 50 entry points, and 150 birthday points.
Gold: Unlocked once you spend $1000. You will get a 1.5x point multiplier, 100 entry points, and 200 birthday points.

The bigger multipliers sound nice, but you have to spend $500 or $1000 to reach them. The extra 0.25x or 0.5x multiplier does not come close to making up for the spend. So chasing a tier on purpose is not a smart way to save.

Our honest take

Most casual shoppers will sit at Bronze, and with its rate, you get a fair return, but it is not a deep discount. And it only comes back as credit, so they are only worth it if you are planning to spend more Quicksilver products.

The free points are nice, though. If you complete all the free tasks, your points can add up to 260, or about $13, before you make a single purchase. Since you redeem in set amounts, you can immediately claim the $10 reward.

And one last thing, you will not earn points on an order that uses a gift card or promo code. So for a casual shopper, the code is often the better choice. Skipping it only pays off if you come back and spend enough to turn those points into a reward, and most casual shoppers will not.

How to apply a Quicksilver Scientific coupon code

Redeeming a coupon code takes less than a minute once you know where to look. Follow these steps so your discount registers before you pay:

Add your supplements to the cart.
Click the cart icon to reach checkout.
On the right side of the screen, find the field labeled "Gift card or discount code."
Paste your code into the box and click "Apply."
Your total will refresh to show the savings.

Based on our checkout tests, only one coupon code can be used per order. Since they don't stack, make sure to compare your cart against each offer. Then apply whichever one yields the largest discount for that specific order.
