The PetSmart Treats Rewards program is free, and you're enrolled when you make an account with them. Rewards members earn 10 points for every dollar spent online or in store. Every 1000 points you earn can be redeemed for $2 off a future purchase. So if you spend $150 on a pet supplies restock, you'll earn 1500 points and could take $2 off your next order.

There are three tiers depending on how much you spend in a calendar year:

• Member: $0-499

• Bestie: $500-$999

• VIPP: $1000+

Bestie tier members receive an additional two points earned, for a total of 12 points per dollar spent. VIPP tier members receive an additional four points, for a total of 14 points earned per dollar spent. Both tiers also have the chance to pick an order where you earn double points.

All three tiers feature perks that are only available to members. These increase as you move up through tiers. Some perks that are available to all three tiers include:

When you make your first autoship order, you'll save 35% for a maximum discount of $20. All subsequent orders will have a 5% discount. Autoship orders over $49 also ship for free. This is best for pet supplies that you have to replenish on a regular basis, like dog food or cat litter. If your dog's bag of food is $78, your first autoship order will be $58 (the full 35% discount is $27, but this offer maxes out at $20). Then, future orders for this dog food will be $74.

When setting up your autoship order, you can choose a delivery schedule that starts at two weeks, with options up to nine months. You can easily pause, adjust, or cancel your autoship orders at any time.

Should you find the same item for lower from a competitor, PetSmart will price match the item. The following conditions must be met:

• The competitor item must be identical and in-stock.

• The competitor must be a direct seller in pet specialty, grocery, pharmacy, or a big-box retailer.

• Marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, and similar sites do not qualify for a price match. Auction sites, resellers, and outlets are also not eligible.

• Show proof of the lower price with a receipt, printed ad, website page, or a clear screenshot that shows the current price and date.
