Petite Plume's return policy
You have 14 days from the shipping date to start a return, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged. Exchanges within the US are free, but opting for a refund will cost you a $7 return shipping fee. So if it is just a sizing issue, we suggest requesting a swap instead of a refund. Hair accessories, dog accessories, monogrammed, embroidered, and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned at all. The return window is tight, and processing takes one to two weeks once the warehouse has your package. So check your order as soon as it arrives.
