Nurture Life Promo Codes & Offers in October 2026

New customers get 50% off their first week plus free shipping. The easiest way to secure it is to sign up for email and text through the "Mystery Deal" pop-up on the site. From there, you will also see 20% off your second and third weeks, and a few landing pages push week one as high as 60% off.

Just know this one is for first-time buyers, so it will not work on an existing account.

Plus, staying on that email and text list even after your first box comes with other perks too. That is where Nurture Life tends to drop its best subscriber deals. This is one of the many ways you can catch the bigger seasonal sales early, like Black Friday, before they sell out or expire. In the past, shoppers scored 60% off their meal order during this sale.

Free shipping comes with the new-customer offer when you sign up for the email list. After that, standard shipping runs $11.99, which helps cover keeping the food fresh on its way to your door.

If you are a returning customer, the best way to keep saving is to build a bigger plan. Nurture Life is a weekly subscription where you pick your plan size, choose your kids' meals and snacks, and get fresh deliveries each week. You can change, skip, or cancel anytime.

Plans start at 7 meals, and you can mix and match to reach a larger order, which is where the discounts kick in:

• 10 items = $5 off

• 14 items = $10 off

• 21 items = $15 off

You can also add a promo code on top of your plan discount. Stacking the two is how you keep your total down, even with the shipping fee included.

Yes. Nurture Life account holders can share a referral link and both sides save. Your friend gets $60 off, which comes as $30 off each of their first two orders. Once they place that first order, you get a free box worth up to $48.

To find your link, just log into your account after signing up. It takes less than a minute.

A few things to keep in mind. This is for sharing with friends and family who are new to Nurture Life, so the person you refer has to be a first-time customer. They also need to live in a different household, since referrals with the same address on file will not be honored.

This is the perk to lean on once your own new-customer discount is used up. Every friend who places an order earns you another free box. So sharing your link with a few families is an easy way to keep your own meals coming at little to no cost.
