30 day return policy
NIC+ZOE lets you return online purchases within 30 days as long as items are unworn, in original condition, and have tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned. In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days with a receipt, and items bought online can also be returned in-store. Refunds go back to the original payment method that is on your receipt. There is a $10 shipping fee for returns done by mail. For online exchanges, they offer a free return label and replacement shipping; just contact their customer service team.
