Return policy
Nanit offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This is a fair window to test their monitor in your daily life, and the process is clear once you have your RMA. Items must come back in their original packaging with all parts.
However, there is a restocking fee of $15 on orders with a camera or stand and $10 on other orders, including gift cards and partner products. Shipping charges are not refundable, and you carry the risk of loss if the package is damaged on the way back. But Nanit does provide a prepaid return label once you have your RMA.
On timing, expect Nanit to verify your return in 3 to 5 business days. And the returned product must reach Nanit within 10 days of getting your RMA number. They will issue the refund 5 to 7 business days after that.
Warranty
Every Nanit product bought from an authorized retailer comes with a 1-year limited warranty. The keyword is authorized. Buying from the official website or a verified seller will provide this coverage. While a third-party marketplace deal could leave you without it. Even if the listing might be cheaper there, it is not worth losing a year of protection on electronics that run all night. Also, the coverage is only valid if you buy and use the product in the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia.
