When your friend completes that first transfer, they'll save $25 automatically. No code is required. Neither discount has an expiration date, so you can sit on it until you're ready to send again.
Say you invite a friend, and they send $200 to Mexico. The $25 comes off their total right away. Once their transfer goes through, your $25 shows up in your account to use toward your next transfer.
There are a few requirements to keep in mind. You'll need a US-based MoneyGram account with at least one transfer already under your belt before you can refer anyone.
