2-day delivery: $20 flat fee
Next-day delivery: $30 flat fee
Orders need to be placed before 12 p.m. ET to qualify for two-day or next-day delivery. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Any next-day order placed before 12 p.m. ET on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Free in-store pickup: Select items can be picked up at participating Michael Kors locations. Check product pages and select the "Pick Up in Store" option to see if an item is available at a store near you. Pick up orders should be ready within three hours, and you'll will receive an email notification when it's ready. Orders need to be placed at least three hours before a store closes for same-day pickup. Items are held for three days from the order date, and if it's not picked up, the order will be canceled. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup, and you will be charged for your order at that time.

Return and exchange items within 30 days
Online orders can be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment. Items can be returned by mail or at a Michael Kors store. Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, and include all original tags, packaging, the return slip, and the original payment method to be eligible for return. Some payment methods, like PayPal, may qualify for store credit only when returned in-store. Purchases made with Klarna or Shop Pay must be returned by mail.
For in-store purchases, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items. Have your original receipt or gift receipt ready. Items must be new and unused with all the original tags and packaging.

Michael Kors Pre-Loved is their official resale marketplace. The program is designed to help extend the life of the brand's products by making it easy to buy and sell pre-owned items. KORSVIP members can resell gently used handbags and small leather goods, and everyone can shop for authenticated pre-owned items from past seasons at a discount.
As a shopper, there are two types of listings you can choose from. Peer-to-peer items are sold by verified customers and shipped directly from the seller, while select items are fulfilled directly by Michael Kors. Items fulfilled by Michael Kors are marked with the "MK Supply" tag to indicate quality and authenticity standards. Keep in mind, all Pre-Loved orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, and promo codes cannot be applied to these items.
Pre-Loved is a good option if you are looking for authenticated Michael Kors items but don't want to pay full price. For example, in June 2026, we came across a medium Audrey leather bucket bag with an original price of $1090. It was available on Pre-Loved for $410, offering savings of $680.
