Exchange and return policy
You get one free exchange per order. Returns for a refund are where a cost can come in. It is only free if you paid the $7.98 "unlock free return" fee at checkout. If you skipped that, a $20 label fee will be deducted from your refund. Sending back an item you already exchanged also costs $20.
You only have 14 days from your delivery date to start a return. The dress must be unworn with the pink security ribbon and all tags still attached. Make sure to visit their return centre to submit your request, since items mailed back without an official label will not be processed. Refunds take up to 7 business days once your return arrives, and your original shipping charge is not refunded.
