The Lumens return policy
According to their return policy, you can return most items to Lumens within 30 days or 90 days for Lumens Trade members. You'll have to cover return shipping costs. Expedited shipping charges on your original purchase are also nonrefundable.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in new, uninstalled condition and in its original packaging. Lumens cannot accept returns of:
Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product details page
Products that have been installed or assembled
Products not in their original condition and packaging
Products with unwrapped crystals
Bedding or other linens that have been opened (even if washed)
Made-to-Order, Custom, or Special Order products made to your specifications
Light bulbs
6 or more of the same product
Lumens Annex, Open-Box items, or Clearance merchandise
Before ordering large quantities or special orders and custom products, we recommend asking for as much information as you need up front, including swatches and finish samples, since these can't be returned.
How to return your item
Follow these steps:

Locate the line item you want to return
Enter any necessary information and wait for authorization
Once your request is authorized, download and print your shipping labels
Attach the shipping label to the box
Drop it off at your local UPS store

Using the Low-Price Guarantee to your advantage
Through their Low-Price Guarantee, Lumens will give you a price match anytime you purchase an item from them and then find it cheaper elsewhere within 30 days. To get your price match, contact customer service and be prepared to provide proof of the competitor’s price. You'll also need to ensure it's from an authorized U.S. dealer selling in-stock items. The guarantee doesn’t cover clearance or returned merchandise.
Another thing to note is that Lumens compares the total cost, including shipping and taxes, not just the sticker price. So if Lumens sells a pendant light for $200 with free shipping, and a competitor lists it for $190 but charges $20 to ship, your total at Lumens ($200) is actually lower than the competitor's ($210). In that case, the item wouldn't qualify for a match because you're already paying less overall.
