The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee and returns
If your new glasses or sunglasses aren't right, you have 30 days from the pickup date or delivery date to return them for a full refund. LensCrafters calls this their Happiness Guarantee. To get a refund, items must be in their original condition.
To start a return, contact LensCrafters' customer care team or submit a request on their website. They'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are issued within five business days after LensCrafters receives your return.
The guarantee does not cover:
Accidental damage
Scratches
Breakage
Theft
Those issues are handled separately through the optional Eyewear Protection Plan.

Split your purchase with CareCredit
CareCredit is a financing card that lets you spread the cost of eyewear into monthly payments. While it's accepted at participating locations, it can't be used on LensCrafters.com.
Financing options include:
$200 to $499.99: 6 months, no interest if paid in full within the promotional period
$500 or more: 12 months, no interest if paid in full within the promotional period
Note that minimum monthly payments are required. If you don't pay the full balance before the promotional period ends, interest is charged back to the original date of purchase. This can can significantly increase what you actually pay. This option works best as long as you pay off the balance within the promotional window.
You can check whether you pre-qualify without it affecting your credit score. Final approval requires a credit review. Once you're approved, CareCredit works as a revolving line of credit that can be reused for future eligible vision and health expenses.
What you get with LensCrafters+
LensCrafters+ is a subscription program that lets you pay for prescription glasses in fixed monthly installments over a 24-month contract instead of one upfront payment. Plus, there's no cost to join. Your monthly fee is based on the frames and lenses you choose, so the cost can vary.
After 12 months, you can start a new contract and get two new pairs of prescription glasses. Your options for frames and lenses depend on participating LensCrafters locations.
