If you're not completely happy with your purchase, no problem, just send it back to JTV in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. They’ll issue a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final. In some cases, they may accept a return past the 30-day mark, but a 25% restocking fee will apply, and any refund will be given as Merchandise Credit.
